Stockholm is a one-stop-shop for warehousing facilities, retail spaces, and offices.
As we design this project, we place a heavy emphasis on sustainable, environmentally friendly solutions. Stockholm will have its energy supplied by solar plants mounted on the bespoke roof of this project. We aim to obtain a ‘Very Good’ green building BREEAM certification.
Stockholm will be situated at a location that has one of the highest flows of traffic in the country.
Stockholm will be located at the intersection of the Kaunas western circular road and highway A5 (part of the Via Baltica highway) that merges with the Iceland Road – highway A1 – in the north.
The project is designed to be built in the first line away from both streets, which will guarantee excellent brand visibility.
The exit ramp off the western circular road and the two-tier intersection nearby will provide great access for traffic travelling in either direction. The downtown area of the city is 8 kilometres away.
A retail and warehouse service ecosystem (including Depo, Lidl, Volvo, Skuba, and other brands) has been under development at the location of the impending Stockholm for several years now
