Stockholm sits at the intersection between the Western Kaunas bypass and the A5 highway (a segment of the Via Baltica highway), which connects with the Islandijos road and A1 highway in the north.

The development is located right at the forefront of both streets, ensuring high brand visibility.

The exit off the Western bypass and the multi-level intersection ensures excellent access for vehicles coming in from both directions. The city centre is just 8 km away.
